2013 Leadership Conference to educate professional salons, beauty schools, cosmetology schools, barber schools and students.
Have you ever thought about becoming an educator or leader of professionals in Cosmetology with John Amico Haircare? Well, NOW is the time for you to learn more about it. On Sunday, May 19 and Monday, May 20, we will be hosting our annual Leadership Conference with two goals: to help you BECOME an educator or to help you GROW as a leader. There are hundreds of Salons, Cosmetology Schools, Beauty Schools, and Spas that already carry or want to carry John Amico Haircare Products and they are in need training.
Many of you have asked me what it’s like to be an educator/leader and more importantly, what’s required to get started. All the answers and more are rolled into this two-day session. During that time, you’ll learn from me and other JA professionals just like you. We’ll share what it takes to grow and maintain a professional John Amico organization. Leaders from around the country will talk about what they’re doing and the difference it’s making in their businesses. The meeting begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. For those who arrive early, you are invited to attend a Discovery Class hosted by Sandy Seeley. This is a great opportunity to see a “live” presentation, have your questions answered and start to plan for your own success. We call this “Discovery 101: Learn the Ropes.” This early class is a must for anyone wanting to teach the John Amico Discovery Program or who has never attended a Discovery Class.
Becoming a leader with John Amico is a worthwhile endeavor for several reasons. First, by helping other professionals you are making a difference in their lives both professionally and personally. You will be able to work with the seasoned salon professional, teachers, the cosmetology school student, the beauty school student, the barbering student and others in the beauty industry. As a teacher/leader, there is a tremendous sense of fulfillment whenever you help people grow. I’ve heard it said that the “giver” gains more than the receiver. As someone who has been educating others for more years than I care to count, I would have to agree.
Secondly, as an educator with John Amico you receive income, commissions and bonuses. These payments are based upon the (retail and service products) of each salon professional member or beauty school that you train. Quite simply, the more your members satisfy their clients, the better and higher your income that you (and they!) receive. It’s truly a win-win for you and your professional member and cosmetology schools of John Amico.
The framework of building and maintaining a large team comes from educating and communicating with your professional salon members on a regular and consistent basis. At Leadership, we will review how other Executive Directors are doing this and how you can plug into this system, too. This insight will go a long way in helping you build and maintain your very own team.
As you can see, we are here to assist you as you become your best with John Amico. Your John Amico organization is unique and different in our professional industry. Although we have grown over the years, we still need to reach out and continue to make a difference in many more professionals’ lives. The John Amico mission is not even close to being accomplished. We have much to do and this is an enormous opportunity for you. Don’t wait. DO IT NOW! Plan to join us at Leadership in May.
Take advantage of the opportunity; the benefits of new income, bonuses and recognition that can and should be yours. Although every leader starts by recruiting just one member, there is NO LIMIT to how large your organization can grow. And you’ve got our complete commitment to help you every step of the way—with education for your salon professionals, teachers beauty schools, cosmetology school students, barber schools and more.
So, how do you begin? Simple. It starts by registering for Leadership Conference. This is your official invitation. And I hope to see you there.
